Hi everyone!


I’m Hyejin, a solo composer from Seoul. I work a regular day job and make music at night.

I just released a new ambient track called "마음 (Mind/Heart)" using traditional Korean instruments.

Since hiring real session players was out of my budget, I challenged myself to program the Gayageum (zither) and Daegeum (bamboo flute) using only Logic Pro's stock instruments.

I'd love to hear your feedback on the mix and the midi mockups!

I'll echo BDT - a very pleasant listen. There are some really nice touches, with the changes in instrumentation, varied string responses, and the lovely trills.

As far as vocals - it sounds like you've got a great ear for this, so trust own choices.
